Landmine Station
How to adjust
- Choose where along the bar sleeve to grip (closer to or farther from the plates) depending on the exercise and desired leverage.
- Load weight plates onto the free end of the bar and secure them with plate collars.
How to use
- Insert the bar's sleeve into the landmine pivot cup mounted on the floor or a rack post.
- Grip the free end with one or both hands depending on the exercise (press, row, or rotation).
- Perform the movement along the bar's natural arc around the pivot, controlling both directions.
Safety notes
- Check the bar's sleeve is fully seated in the pivot cup and the base is stable before loading, since an unsecured landmine base can tip.
- Collar the loaded end so plates don't slide off.
- Stand far enough away that the bar can travel through its full arc without hitting the floor or others.
- If you lose control or run out of strength, guide the free end down to the floor along its own arc before you let go and step away — letting go while the bar is still up drops the loaded end straight onto your feet.
