GoaloraDelete account
You can request deletion of your Goalora account in the app or by email if you cannot access the app.
How to delete in the app
- Open Goalora on iOS or Android and sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile → Data & privacy → Delete account.
- Read what is kept vs deleted, then confirm as shown on screen.
Timeline after you request deletion
- Immediately: the account enters a deletion-pending state; most write features lock.
- Within 7 days: you can cancel the deletion request in the app.
- After 7 days, the request can no longer be cancelled. Account data in operational systems is scheduled for deletion within 30 days of the request, except information legally required to be retained.
What may be retained
Some information may be kept longer where needed for legal obligations, safety or reconciliation:
- Transaction, refund and security records needed for legal compliance or dispute resolution.
- Backups processed under the system's retention and deletion cycle.
- Data already transferred to other processors may follow their own deletion cycles and obligations.
Can't open the app?
Email us with the subject “Goalora account deletion request” from the address associated with your account. We will verify ownership before processing. Do not send a password or health data.
