Kettlebell Rack
How to adjust
- There are no adjustable parts — you select the kettlebell size/weight from the rack.
How to use
- Select a kettlebell from the rack using a proper deadlift-style lift (hinge at the hips, flat back).
- Carry the bell to an open area before you train (swings, carries, presses), leaving space in front, behind and overhead.
- Return the kettlebell to its spot on the rack when finished.
Safety notes
- Use a hip-hinge with a flat back when lifting a kettlebell off a low shelf, the same as picking up any heavy floor-level object, to protect your lower back.
- Make sure you have clear swing and overhead space before starting a kettlebell exercise near the rack.
- Return kettlebells to the rack after use so they aren't a trip hazard on the floor.
- If a bell turns out to be heavier than you can handle or your grip starts slipping, hinge and set it down on the floor next to your feet before letting go — don't fight to hold it and never toss it back toward the rack.
