Dumbbell Rack
How to adjust
- There are no adjustable parts — you select the dumbbell pair/weight from the rack.
How to use
- Select a matched pair of dumbbells for your exercise from the rack.
- Perform your exercise nearby with enough clearance from the rack.
- Return both dumbbells to their matching slot on the rack when finished.
Safety notes
- Check your footing and grip before lifting a dumbbell off the rack, especially heavy pairs on lower shelves, bending at the knees/hips rather than rounding your back.
- If you run out of strength mid-set, bring the dumbbells down to your thighs and set them down under control; on a lying press, hug them to your chest, roll up to sitting and then put them down — never let them drop backward or throw them out to the side.
- Keep enough open floor space around the rack to perform your exercise without hitting the rack or other lifters.
- Return dumbbells to the rack rather than dropping them on the floor, which is a trip hazard for others.
