Assisted Pull-Up / Dip Machine

How to adjust

  1. Select the assistance weight via the pin on the stack — more weight selected means more assistance, making the exercise easier.
  2. Adjust the knee/foot platform height if the machine has a step adjustment.
  3. Choose the appropriate handles: the overhead bar for pull-ups, or the two dip handles below for dips.

How to use

  1. Select the assistance level, step or kneel onto the platform, and grip the overhead bar (or dip handles).
  2. Let the platform support part of your bodyweight, pulling your chin over the bar (or pressing up fully for dips) through a full range.
  3. Lower back down under control to the starting position.
  4. Step back onto the platform (don't jump off) when you finish your set.

Safety notes

  • Step onto the platform carefully and let it settle before starting, since a sudden drop with too little assistance selected can jolt your knees/shins.
  • Grip the bar/handles fully before stepping off the platform to begin your set.
  • Step back onto the platform (don't jump off) when finished.
