Dynamic Chest Stretch
beginner · stretch

Setup
Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart, arms extended straight out in front, hands touching.
Execution
- Keep your arms straight for the whole drill, without bending the elbows.
- Quickly swing both arms back as far as you can, opening the chest.
- Bring the arms back to the front immediately so the hands touch again.
- Repeat 5-10 times, gradually picking up speed after the first few reps.
- Keep the range within a comfortable zone, without forcing the shoulders back when they feel tight.
Breathing
Breathe in rhythm with the arms, exhaling as they swing back.
Quick cues
- Arms stay straight the whole time.
- Open the chest fully on the back-swing.
- Build speed gradually, don't rush.
- Hands touch together up front.
