A sample session
Warm up for 4–5 minutes with marching, shoulder movement and gentle hip bends. Then complete 2–3 rounds of 8–12 chair stands, 6–12 wall or counter push-ups, 6–10 reverse lunges per side, 6–10 bird-dogs per side, and 1–2 minutes of brisk marching.
Rest 30–90 seconds between moves as needed. Finish with a few easy minutes. A full session takes about 20–30 minutes, but one round still counts on a crowded day.
Make it yours
Use a higher chair, shorter range or fewer rounds to make it easier. Later, add a round or choose a more demanding variation. Controlled repetitions matter more than exhaustion.
If you have a movement limitation or unusual symptoms, follow advice tailored by a health professional.
